Substance painter blank 2D view, help!

Hello, i was working on a file and at one point when i switched to 2D view it was blank and when i tried to press 'F' or move or rotate the 2D view nothing happened, everything else seems to work just right. But somehow UVs from my 2D view are missing, it's just grey. Also after trying to find what went wrong, i found there's no axis information at the bottom right.
Please help!!!

yes jerc, i tried to open it with 2020 version but the file was same in that too! no uv view
