Should I fix topology if it's pretty damn ugly but deforms well?

I try to make an optimized dummy to use for future human characters. I want it to have minimal geometry, without any loops just for the sake of quad perfection that'll crowd the model (can't stand the sight of them) and I came upon a problem when making the shoulders. While it's pretty clean on the back the front is atrocious despite my best efforts. I rigged and moved it around, it's pretty flexible and doesn't produce any weird distortions. Should I keep it? I'm also afraid to show something like this in my portfolio ngl
