Imagine u modeled a nice cloth hanging on a nail on a wall , its so all folded, but how to do to texture it so that has a specific design , text, straightlines etc without distortions ? How to do if u can use PS, zbrush, substance painter, marv des. And a 3dprogram like 3dsmax?
In 3ds I can unfold, pelt etc but its uv is not a square where I can apply straight lines etc ... but its all curvy and deformed too... I dont want to add a repeating material pattern but a very specific design with a square border texture.
