Wanted to give handpainting only in Substance Painter a shot. Was pretty happy to find that a lot of the tools I'd want in other software are there alongside all the procedural options as well. Lot of fun!

This looks so cute! What were some of the tools you mentioned? I'm playing around with handpainted in substance as well.

Hey thanks! I painted this all in Substance Painter. Basically I leveraged a bunch generators and baked maps as the base, then threw on some AO/Curvature layers and painted away!

Thanks! I did that in Marmoset Toolbag 3 with a panning material!

Super cute! It reminds me of 90s anime, or arcades.... I'd definitely want to press the button lol. It definitely looks to have a little brush texture or something in the blue, which is very pretty!
