Hi All! I'm looking for solutions to speed up my UVing workflow. One method in particular that I am looking for is a way to keep my mirrored stacked shells together while using the layout tool in maya. (or similar method) Does anyone know any hacks or tools that already exist in maya for this?
My models are usually mostly hardsurface. That means keeping shells straight and mirroring and overlapping stacked shells. The first part is easy. Its the second part that I am lost on. Maybe there is a group stacked shells feature I am missing? Thoughts?
Thanks!

And use transfer attributes back to original in the end.
