Viewport Vs IRay

Hey guys! New to substance and game assets in general, so this might be a stupid question!

I was wondering if I was texturing a game asset in substance painter then should i base my textures on how it looks in the viewport or in IRay? because the materials and specularity looks drastically different in the IRay render vs when i am looking at it in the viewport!
