I been thinking for a while to get more profesional tutorials to get better quality on my game art.
Right now I'm divided between these two
https://www.gameartinstitute.com/ or
https://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/ The first one is an online institute the second one is a subscription based with high end tutorials, does anyone in here have experience with the game art institute ? and which one do you think it can benefit me more.

I personally am trying to elucidate if it's an issue between a low level skill or high level production skills that you're trying to also find in these particular class types.
You seem to have a handle already on creating game assets according to your sketchfab; jsut seems a matter of pushing forward as usual?
Dare I say a Gnomon subscription will prove more useful.
Probably 80 lvl plus work by seasoned artists i.e:

https://www.cgmasteracademy.com/courses/58-intro-to-environment-art
https://www.cgmasteracademy.com/courses/45-ue4-modular-environments
And I would love to study here buth the full program is beyond my reach

I looked up both teachers in artstation and they are really good I'm leaning more towards modular because I feel judging by the gallery of students is more based in interior design and prop modelling where as the other one seem to focus more in architecture and organic stuff. What do you guys think ?
I haven't taken the two courses you listed.
But I had been once worked with Clinton. He's a very nice, supportive and knowledgable person. I thought his course would be excellent too.
Also, I took Game Art Institute course - the environment artist boot camp last year. I'm very happy about the course also satisfied the mentorship and resources the course provided. The boot camp helps me to push my works to the next level.
And the game art institute was also an option I was considering but I think his website hasn't been update in a while and I couldn't find opinions on the internet dude to having a common name "game art institute" I guess is pretty common, but if you could throw more light into what they taught you there how was the course design and your overall view.
The course I took with GAI is the environment artist boot camp. We have two live webinars with two instructors per week.
We need to choose either we would like to focus on the organic shape or hard surface modeling.
The webinar topics include gathering references, project planning, modular design, creating trim sheets and tileable material, environment modeling and texturing, lighting, rendering, post-processing, etc.
We also have a Facebook-like forum, where we post our working in progress and assignments. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have good eyes for game art. They usually answer all our questions in details after class on the forum as well.
After that 12 weeks, we had four weeks of weekly critique with Ryan Kingslien, which I found it helpful too.
We can access so many talks with some of the best artists on the forum too.
I plan on tracking all the work I do for assignments on my artstation blog so feel free to follow along to get a better idea of what it's like.
