How i can deform this cabel on surface? Mabe along the curve, like a Zbrush?

There are many ways, but yes a curve would be the easiest, try the Wire Deformer under the Deformers menu.
@yursiv has a script going in this thread that may help, the duplication is much like IMM brushes in Zbrush.
