Decided to get down on this.
Inital thought lead me in a Hunchback of notre dame direction, so lets check it out!

OK so Thanks for all of the feedbacks. OI decided to go for the first one... I think it was always the stronger one anyway. I made a few adjustments and tried a few things with the pose and landed on this one. I will probably add a few extra birds around but yeah.
Sculpt so far. I am just finishing up a little bit on the more symmetrical parts before I ZRemesh, pose and do the final sculpt.

first scratchings. Not too happy with it yet but we will see.

Bit of a noodle. I think I can start to block out more of the body now that I have a better idea of the direction.

Probably going to make these changes first but I am pretty keen to get started on the body.

Started some body stuff. Also made some more changes to the head.

Starting on the the body. I threw in a quick skeleton just get my head around some anatomy stuff. Not sure if I want his hump to be muscle and stuff or just a weird tumour like growth... I might try a tumour, it would be weird if the whole hump was an internal cavity. His Organs would have to be huge or they would just float around.

This one is a bit more fun......but
This one could be good for a nice moody piece. He could be cowering in the shadows about to take his first step out into the light.
I will play with a few more but I think it will be between these two....any thoughts?
