Oops! I was trying to edit a post I'd made in the What Are You Working On thread (the image wouldn't refresh properly), and then suddenly my post disappeared altogether! Apparently the spam filters thought I'd edited it enough haha.
Why does this keep happening to me? At least once a month
It should only happen once. Unless a moderator is clearing the spam queue but not also confirming everyone in the subsequent Verify step. I'll ask around.
After we restore the posts, it's good to have the extra verify step. People with a high post count should always be verified, but an occasional low post counter can be bypassed, in case there's a doubt about their eventual spamminess.
Oh, I think I also sent to approval two identical posts to Technical Talk yesterday because I wasn't sure it works and het 'Post' one more time in several hours

Ok it should be all fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience!
We are sorry about this. We were able to verify that it is occurring for your account, but we're not sure how to fix it. Your account was banned earlier today, but it looks like it was an accident, and your account has been restored. Somehow though, this doesn't restore private messages, which is odd. I am filing this as a bug, and will seek a solution.
In the meantime it looks like you can read the past PMs via your Notifications page. I would suggest starting a new PM with each person. They should have your PM history in their Notifications as well.
Again, our apologies for the trouble. Please let one of us know if you run into any other difficulties.
Our spam filter checks all new accounts that have less than 10 posts. Once you hit that threshold, and haven't been flagged by it yet, then you should be automatically verified, and thus bypass the spam filter permanently thereafter.
Hello! I just made my second post not too long ago, but now it says I have to be approved for it. I don't want to spam the 3D forums, so could I get it approved? Thank you.
Hi there, i've had my account since november last year but only made my first thread today and had the "waiting approval" message too, even though i've had my account for nearly a year. Any chance I could be approved / my posts to be approved too just where i'd spent a long time writing my post, please? :')
@Eric Chadwick Hi! I also have this problem. I posted a few messages in my thread about creation of my scene and then it stars to show me this message when I try to post something
Hey Eric. I updated my sketchbook page, and my post disappeared. Is there any way you could help. I spent a long time on it (lots of distractions in my house.)

I'll go clear it now.
We're working on a global solution to this issue. Hope to see a fix in soon!
................ Any chance I'm not getting notified all the time ??? It's not even Favorited. (but I guess it's because I made the thread itself)

Today however, my latest post received a message saying it will only appear once approved by the Admins. I suspect that my account became unverified.

Regardless, virgin users need a certain number of posts (community engagement, man!) before they're automatically exempted from the spam filter.
I have the same problem with one of my post.
Sorry for bother you, but please help me
OK I've verified your account now, and erased the duplicates.
EDIT: nevermind it is solved,
can it be that there are filters which detect links, and if those are detected, the spam filter turns on?
EDIT: Fixed! Thanks! @Eric Chadwick
