Hey everyone!
After a long time in the dark Ive finally got something for you guys
About 6 months back I realized that in order to implement all the great feedback that's been going around, there was no other option than to start fresh. It became noticable pretty soon after dDos release that its algorithmic texturing approach did have its drawbacks. High-res texturing was slow, and results often looked generic because of how tricky it could be to set up your own procedural effects. Having spent a great chunk of my life making dDo it was a tough decision to rethink it.
nDo2 has been an immense success and I cant thank you enough for all the support making it what it became. We all felt it could be more streamlined however, so a remake was due. And ever since a few friends and I started Quixel almost four years back now, weve been working on something that has been harder and harder to keep secret, finally ready to reveal.
So without further ado its time to present:
Quixel SUITE: NDO, DDO, 3DO and Megascans.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again; without Polycount these tools wouldnt exist. I am indescribably grateful for this community. Keep on rocking. Were hosting a modest booth with Marmoset @ GDC this week, so if you are in the area come swing by
#1043 for a chat with the devs & a complete hands-on with the new suite. Come try the new DDO and get a chance to win a GeForce GTX 760!

all I get is the introduction page.
Can't wait to play around with the new tools !
This if for all current dDo(bought/contest) owners to right?
Glad to see some information again, have to say I am disappointed in how you handled what's being going on the last few months.
Looks great! Can't wait!
That said, I'm stoked and on the edge of my seat for this!
You smashed it Quixel. Such beauty
Everything is on the site.

"http://www. youtube .com/watch?v=YyJJAp17K-Y"
You need to make sure it ends with .com/watch?v=YyJJAp17K-Y anything else will mess it up. You need the watch?=************ part to be right.

Nice, stop teasing us : P
I want to buy the freelance license. I own none of their products currently and have been living off the free trial XD. If i pre-order the suite can i download the current version of all these programs now? or do i have to wait for the full release? I just want to beable to use thier stuff right away if I buy it now (just the current versions would make me super happy).
Also I work part time at a small indie studio and was wondering if I can still use the freelance copy there so long as it was only on my personal laptop and no one else used the programs? I really want to use it for work, but i would be the only one using it and it would only be installed on my computer and that's it, is this ok? or do I NEED the Indie licence. I love this company's products and fair pricing, so I don't want to jip them, but I'm also a broke college student. XD, ok now I wait and hit refresh every 10 seconds.
OH also how long is it only going to be $100? is that a limited time price? for the freelance copy that is.
Pretty much how everyone feels at this point.
Anyone Got any idea? I really want to grab thisw before work tomorrow if i can.
It looks like it's $50 for DDO standalone for the hobbyist/freelancer.

Good job guys!
In a AAA environment, with current dDo, it's never good to just apply a preset and call it a day.
