update a little, watch back the ursa eyes colour and ya i think better change to yellow-ish pupil for that.

I think that the mask looks great, but I agree with Magno. His current eyes look a bit sad and weird, maybe making a straight cut on that red part instead of having a "socket" for the eyes. @belkun, i know your point but my main concern is making mask into emotionless and having dual emotion depend which angle you look at it haha
changed the eyes based on suggestion, if the "pointy" thing really annoying then i just remove it, i though it'd interesting for that haha.
added front looks, as i said, it is pretty similar with old schoold RX-78-2 gundam design, it can change sadness face if you look from lower angle, change to angry mood if you look from high
added various colour suggestion for madness lol.
( @cagdasx: and IMO orange doesn't looks good, but still i visualize it)

Nope, even if it can it's not likely open to us. In that video the hook twirling is a taunt, not a custom animation on "pressed skill, haven't launch". It's activated manually by pressing the taunt key before using the hook.

really, because i saw the flowering treant colour then i was like, should have be no problem if i use this dark red ( actually is dark red, not really hot for me XD)

It all depends if the bones are there to make it possible. If the bones are there, then custom animations could be made to make the design work, although it does make it a bit more complex then your common workshop submission.

Something that can help in your concept is reading Razor's lore, he is pretty much a entity, supernatural powers and stuff.
Another advice is that you can show razor's personality through the items, so reading his quotes/voicelines are also a good catch.

Also, beside the colours, I really like the concept of a clumsy mini-ursa. Nice job!
colour can be change, but the thing is if follow the original colour of ursa that might create huge confuse with the hero,
quick drawing of TB head, not sure valve will maintain head or not, if keep the head then this concept serve as mask / armor lol

well originally i intended to make the mask looks like the RX-78-2 gundam face looks OR like ultraman Joe face, something like when you tilt your head up, it looks sad but when tilt to normal horizon, it looks normal...
more like it gives you something plain face looks, or hard to read looks....

Yeah definitly red is better but I liked red with the yellow stripes in it.

from now on i put whole picture instead sketch into new picture when 3d artist requesting for better tracking the record. learnt this from past lol.
