How did you make the water droplets on the surface of the meshes? I've been going through the scene and I can't seem to track down how you managed it. Is it a material or a texture map? I was thinking decal but can't confirm that either ha.
Admittedly I'm not amazingly familiar with UDK. Those materials look very complex so excuse my ignorance if it's really obvious
