FF15, KH3, $399, No used game restrictions, no net required..yea Sony really hit it out of the park. Was a little disappointed the Vita had essentially no support, but that was to be expected.
We love you guys! Did anyone notice our Greentooth?
So this is the game you've been working on-- man.. looks amazing and brilliant- loved the 3D-UI
I kept watching the demo over and over again. The way the light hits the steam-- awesome touch. I think I'll watch again and look for the Greentooth, amazing work guys-
Yea, I think most of the people who watched that didn't even notice that it's now 5 bucks a month to play multiplayer games. For some reason.
Honestly, I think this is kind of a fair deal. The more you play, the more you tax servers, the more you pay. It's not perfect yet because some people play 20 hours a week and some only 2 hours a month, but it's somewhat more apt than subsidizing MP out of the software license and console price.
Do I like the fact we need to pay? No. But I understand.
Toe PS4 being region free makes me happier than a psycho set loose on the masses in a caged city
And finally KH3 I can now play the others while I wait for this one
The PS Plus requirement for multiplayer was a rather low move in otherwise great conference. Even though I already have PS Plus and love it, I didn't like how they tried to pass this news without anyone noticing, right after they shamed Microsoft for anti-customer behavior. I realize they had to be careful, but if they explained the benefits of MP being available only to PS Plus users I would have respected that choice more.
Even then, Sony did really well. The price point and the focus on indie studios made me pretty convinced to buy it.
I wasn't too interested with their whole music/film plan, but I think that part must have been interesting to investors, considering the rumors of Sony splitting their hardware and entertainment divisions. Is it just me, or does it hint that Sony will remain one company?
ps+ for multiplayer is probably the only bad thing i saw from them... and even then i don't consider it all that bad to be honest, since i already subscribe to ps+ it's money i would already be spending, and the other benefits of ps+ are friggin awesome.
it seems like sony themselves weren't all that interested in their "entertainment" features, they dedicated like 4 minutes to it, and then went back to games.
Really looking forward to Division now.. also destiny still has me interested, and of course Kz4. Ryse looked pretty cool to! Too many games, can i just have them all now pleaaaaaase... I want to look at all the pretty.
i kinda wish they'd just kill that series now, or at the least just let me tear up a modern day templar building with Desmond.
My bet is that Ubi will carry on through history, at least up till modern day. I can easily imagine an AC World war 1&2, Vietnam, 1920's gangsters, etc, etc... I'd love to see what a WW1or2 AC would be like.
Pretty cool concept, two games in the same universe but with totally different styles. The console game is clean scifi, where the mobile game is more mad max style. "One future, two trials"
I am excited for Donkey Kong Country but I was really hoping for Nintendo to be a little more ambitious with what they announced. I mean it feels like half the games they have announced and released in the past 2 years have been Mario platformers.

Play all the games.

Also, The Division? That game might be the one I'm most interested in.
same here
Oh my goodness. Thought that was pre-rendered at first. Subtlety is key (notice how there wasn't a bajillion particles and lens flares out the wazoo?)
Music at the end gave me chills.
GREENTOOTH.

seeing this in realtime blew my fucking mind though:
Oh my, if he had done that! I would've lost it.
Although I still miss Kevin Butler... I would have liked to see him.

Lol, I also think that visually this is the best thing I have seen.
ME2 looks pretty spectacular as well.
Quantum Break is really the only thing that stands out for me on the Xbox.
