The neck seems really weird to me, looks very hourglass like, if that makes sense. I would expect it not to become so thin at the neck when the rest of the shape is very outward and puffy.
I love the idea and concept and I can even see valve adding some particles of beer dripping out, but the only thing that gets me is the texture on the handle. It looks very unfinished and unpolished compared to the rest of the item.
i still on the way changing stuff, but one thing i can say the shape of the helmet really based on those biker helmet... so it is slightly longer shape at the rear side
so far in pic you will notice changes on dagger, belt (WIP), blade dragon head become blockish shape...
(and the rear part hair engraving i think i will change to bolder/ thicker design to match back the 2 "horn" engraving pattern at the both side)
chest armor pattern i will change to lesser busy with that.
i will continue do it in night, now still in office
hmm the helmet face feature really thin compare with body armor pattern, maybe add more shadow to higher the contrast to make it more "pop" out.

also helmet i think need fix with the inner map, it looks got "hole"
otherwise is okay.
PS: all red thread for the armor is same darker red colour, the shoulder pad one is lighting issue or really lighter colour? maybe this time my fault i using lighter colour for the red, actually it is same deep red, just i want make line art more visible so i use lighter red

I made red darker yesterday, it was a bit outdated screenshot.
Also made main color bluish to fit PA color scheme

Looking good, I would probably cut the details a little deeper, so they will read better in the normals
