I LOVE the hair! Beautiful shape. Also really nice eyepatch/bandage/thingy, really like the look of it! I only think that the horns are a bit too cutesy and cartoony, and don't fit her too much.

I still think that the details are not cut deep enough. Especially now with the color maps the details you have sculpted have almost all been lost. Your normal maps are not doing as much as they can
The platemail looks weird, floating. That and give the half circles on the armor some more weight and variation, they're very feint right now and very repetitive.
a sudden circle shape cut/ bevel/ extrude on the hair part seems quite weird...for me i would make a shape/ line flow follow the hair line to make whole thing smoother

edited: double checked the concept, for that case, my logic can't apply on that. but then your headress need to be lower more to show the "fierce look" (function as eyebrow for emotion)
also the gem that tied the hair at the top back of the head i think can be bigger as the concept shown.
also straighten the mask/jaw line of the metal part of the headdress.

Thanks for feedback. Yea I know base model have kind of hood on LC so I needed to hide it. I'll make headress a little bit bigger and push hair up a bit.

i think hair line can improve more, cause it is "even"

make the hair texture/lines/strokes uneven might be looks natural... like how you did for the re-new design CM's fur line...
