Calling this guy done, moving onto other personal projects with a quicker turnaround hopefully Thanks to the people who importantly gave solid crits, it's a massive help and motivator!
YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!!! Think I'm done with the sculpt for this now, gonna try some different render and texture passes in the future for a good PS comp.
Nicely done man! Looks really, really good. Love the little flame effect on his shoulders, how did you do that? Just Alpha plane for the angle? (I could use that knowledge really hard for a personal project I want to do soonish - not that I'm able to create that level of good looking effect :P)
Another WoW inspired weapon, been doing some hand painted textures recently and thought I'd take one of my characters weapons and give it the 'WoW' treatment
Thanks Kend, you Catwoman is great by the way Do you have any other stuff (i.e a portfolio) I can look at?
Mr Significant, if that was a guarantee I'd step on a plane now, pay the absurd amount of money to go to Blizzard and do just that... Alas I don't think they'd touch it haha.
Thanks Oxblood, that's really encouraging and motivating
SO AWESOME DUDE !!!!! This Cyborg gives me huge ghost in the shell vibes and I love ghost in the shell!!! As for you replyto my first comment My portfolio website just went up I'll be adding stuff throughout the week
Thanks Kend, the Catwoman looks ace btw, very clean
Cyberpunk 2077 by CDRED was my main spur, but then I got looking at some GITS stuff to as I couldn't help myself
Done with this sculpt, gonna try and do a nice composite soon...
amazing progress of quality, starting at page 1 until the last it seems like two different people, amazing progress. Please share a video of some methods and pass on knowledge. Awesome work!
Thanks snake, thats some positive feedback if ever I heard some
Here she is, was a nice quick turnaround piece, had great fun doing it , grey renders to come and possibly a breakdown/tutorial of such as many have been asking for something of that nature
hey, for these new handpainted textures. Are you still handpainting everything from scratch or did you change a bit of your workflow. Zbursh sculpt/ bakes

Got Transformers fever at the moment so threw out some roughs.
Might take one further after my Illidan sculpt is done.
Top right for me, interesting stance and details.
Mind going through how you did the hair? Fibermesh magic?
Yeah artstream it's fibermesh, my first and very poor conscious attempt at it, I'll get better I'm sure
Here is the finished article, will probably post a full on render at a later point
