Well it is still a wip spudnik, but your right about the shading..
I think the lighting is a little too extreme in the promo, and the colors could use some saturation, and some of the details could be bigger, just keep at it
Started working on this Forge Spirit from a long time ago. Finished the base geometry mesh. It's just near around the poly budget, but I think I can squeeze out some more room by optimizing the skull more. Probably the lower jaw.
Alright i think im geting there with this Lich set. Did a final pass on the textures and masks tonight.

Valve seriously need to remove LoD0, its limits are to low i think
lod0 has more tris than lod1
I think the poly limits are fair. 6k for a character that is like 3 CM high on the screen, in a fast paced action game that needs to keep smooth on very old and shitty computers in Net cafes in Asia?
If you design smart and build efficiently, you can keep it all within budget
But after saying all that I would love an extra couple hundred tris on some items... Shoulder items for disrapteeerrs and enchantress come to mind

Not sure if theres a problem specific to wards, but did you set the ward portrait? you need to set it every time you import it.

Looking pretty good Odin3d. It could be a bit too busy when you do the bake and you see it from afar but the sculpt looks awesome.
