Hey guys, got another update from No Shave November people and they are very interested in partnering up. I just sent them another email explaining the sign up process and they will hopefully get back to me soon so I can add them as a friend. I will post their username here for all interested parties to add them. That said, if you plan on uploading a beard soon, hold off until this is all set up since I think to add contributors you have to actually resubmit the item if everything has been finalized.

They change the Dazzle model a week after i make a set for him. Now i have to change a bunch of things. :[
I don't think that is the case, I'm almost positive they didn't change the base model for him. I think that might be the case for most of the heroes that we're previouslly broken down, except Veno obviouslly.
Because of the changes to Pudge I was looking at my old Pudge items and noticed something strange. A tag that says "[admin] Downloaded".
Has anyone seen this before? When you filter by it it just shows a few other items and 9 accepted items that aren't really recent. It's weird.
Edit: I see a connection now, they were all uploaded mid-September 2012. Maybe there was a bug at the time or someone was tagging stuff with this back then. I am sure it means nothing, but interesting anyway.

Generally i find Valve's loadout animations "a bit active". If you're trying to match them, you're on the right track. I think you could slow down the movement of the hands a little, maybe double the frame count.
someone did mentioned before my model has alot messy geometry , n-gon or tri not suitable for sculpting . well i am not sure what to do , hence I give a try on sculpting . Unfortunately , I had encountered a problem .
From the 1st image ( sub divided 7 times ), the edges was sculpt with normal sculpting tool in zbrush . looks crappy . Can any 1 tell me where is the problem in my geometry ?

Your geometry does still have a lot of n-gons (more than 4 sides polygons). You should always try to strive for mainly quads and evenly space them across your geometry. Don't jump into sculpting until you have a solid basemesh, my suggestion is to go back to the original model and work with a different modelling method or something that will give you mainly quads.
It isn't an overly hard mesh to create with quads in mind so you should have no issues.

the curve part have alot ngon ? I am not sure but i used scripted selection tool there is no sign of ngon
BohSheh, just split the parts and sculpt them separately using Dynamesh. As for me, it's the best way to make main shapes without worrying about bad topology.

sometimes i dono why , when I dynamesh it , the whole shape deform into other thing . By splitting , you mean as in face or element ?
And btw , the 1st picture was the curve t junction part of the lower left part ( of the bow ) < sry broken english. The appears to be not smooth as I wanted to be . Isit because of my skills or the mesh problem ?
Lastly , isit because of my mesh i have the result of 1st picture ? ( The bumpy part with crappy quad )

Windchaser, Windhunter, Winddrifter, Windsprinter, Windracer..... Took me a minute to think of and they're just as good...
I think when it comes to significant changes, the community should be a part of it.
most of those don't maintain the hero's initials. ingame you don't really call her anything other than WR.
windranger stresses the same syllables more or less and keeps the initials.

I basically used editable poly , create tool to make it . I guess I haven master the poly part . And btw what do you mean by spreading across ?

egypt theme? i dont think it fits doom. plus its not looks like armor, just giant cutted off heads. try to stylize it more.
