Modo does not have smooth skinning so it's a no go for most character animation atm. However considering what they've already added to the 401 release I believe Modo will rock at character animation in the future. -

I don't know about this specific cable, but some of the unofficial VGA cables don't have an optical audio out, if that matters to you. It did to me, so I got the official one, which is $40US. -

wow this is interesting, I truly think this needs to be updated. Plenty of artists out there seem to be earning around 40K on average. I think what Gamasutra provided is exaggerated there.
