I don't know how to render in front and side view at the same time so I did it separately. Side View link: [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yIhoqCdnkk[/ame] Front View link: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtY2EScifzo[/ame] I know how to take a good critique so don't be afraid to say bad things. Hi Hermitage. The boat is an odd form for me. I don't like the square bottom view and side view. There are boats like that however. The ore locks look teeny. The wood texture looks projected, when actually the planks are bent to fit the form. The wood material looks like it could be scaled down a bit and the keel bead (wood…
Thank you all who replied :) Personally I use ACDSee 3 with a lot of plugins which allows me to vew a lot of various formats (it has plugins for, say, DDS format and also allows to use photoshop import plugins to view files and even creating previews). I guess I'm a fool. In unreal, I switched the view mode to reflections. I thought this was representing the roughness map. I didn't realize that the view mode is there to show you the reflection quality of your reflection spheres. In the Roughness view mode it looks correct. So disregard this thread I guess.

I'm pretty satisfied with my final result that i present you here : Front view Perspective view Left view Perspective view : The red sight…
I am experiencing an issue with a trim sheet that contains detail and serves as a texture map on a plane. I have noticed flickering when viewed from an angle, which I suspect is due to the lighting, as this problem did not occur previously. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve the flickering issue?
Thank you so much for the advice! I have not realised that the ears were not the right proportion, it's easy to not see it when you dont check it properly I guess. So I fixed up the ear placement as you advice. Here are front view, 3/4 view and side view of the head...
The anatomy seems ok to me, and its fitting with a boxer type build (muscular and well toned without exagerated muscle bulk popping out everywhere). I think the front view of the face could use more work. The side view looks good, but the lower half of the front view looks off.
