None of the links for your new fast attack vehicle environment work, fyi. The ones at the bottom of the "environment" part work fine, but I can't enlarge any of the vehicle shots.
If Environments/Vehicles are more in line with what you are familiar with wouldn't it make more sense to do a more elaborate vehicle and then go minimalist on the character, instead of the other-way-around?
Have you ever tried a NURBS Approach for making the vehicle the results end up behind near perfect? *I am making the same vehicle for a school project xD
I liked the useability of F. The shape contributes to the pilot and the vehicle, the pilot will be attached to the vehicle from the waist. I'm starting to work out the ideas for the cockpit/djbooth now too.
yeah i'd vouch for the next PC challenge to be an Fzero or wipeout vehicle challenge too i drew my own F-zero vehicle, along with the driver on paper, hehe.
