I'm just starting this thread while I think of ideas. thinking of doing some sort of humanoid animal character warrior. If I can make anything as good as these concept pieces I'll be happy.
So I recently discovered concept sculpting is a thing and decided to give it a try. Still trying to figure out the optimal way of doing it, suggestions and critiques are welcome. Here is my treant warrior concept.
Preview of a warrior character in a series I sculpted for Schell Games. Concept by Ryan Yee and art direction by Ben Greene. Sculpt in Zbrush and render in Keyshot. I'll be doing full colored versions in pose. More to come!
I really like that you are giving her a more accurate physique. Drives me crazy in comics when she's presented as ridiculously skinny with enormous boobs. This is not an effective build for a warrior.
Jackablade, she was a British woman who was brainwashed and had plastic surgery to think she was an Asian warrior lady. FYI. Nice idea's so far Gir, looking forward to more :)
Im digging this new look! great job! and lets add the pink to the main logo! we can have green, black and pink themed warriors for the next Dom War! :D
I wrapped up a new concept art project "Northern Warrior". The process is below as the Artstation link in case you want to see the whole project https://www.artstation.com/artwork/9ePAKo
That was epic Kinda remembered the Prince of Persia Warrior Within. Also this. Seeing that I discovered this only now and unaware of it, I don't know what to say. https://www.artstation.com/artist/ayyasap
+1 to the radiohead song! :D I think these are awesome... I agree with Haikai, I love the first model, I bet the warrior model could hold it's own with a little tweaking.
Decided to throw some quick colours schemes together for my Viking/Warrior dude. Not really happy with any of them. Please crit as this is a part of my skillset I'm trying to work on...
