Yes, the S7S is pressure sensitive using a wacom digitizer. It has 256 levels of pressure sensitivity and supposedly can go up to 512 if you have a pen that supports it (intuos/cintiq pens will not work on this). Seems like most of the heavy lifting could be done by getting a mouse with a few side buttons, and setting them to be alt, ctrl, shift, and spacebar.
