Thanks man. So I was applying for a job recently and I was given a pretty intense art test which took all of my time. Good thing is I got the job. Bad thing is I have to put this project on hold (again). It seems like the universe is against me on this one lol.
Hello community! I would like your help by hearing about your feedback for this cottage house. Are the proportions of the model good or bad? Is the scene interesting or dull? Is the polycount too high or low for this model? Any other feedback is appreciated! Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Hi all, The beloved manager of our local Warhammer store has been promoted to a regional position, and a group of us want to get him a custom miniature for Christmas. The character is going to be of his favorite literary character, Sabriel, from the Old Kingdom series (reference images attached). What we would like: - 1:12…
wow that's pretty bad. It reminds me of the ribbon lag when first launching it. It also reminds me of the lag when closing the UV editor in 2012... what where we talking about again? Oh yea it might be some kind of software conflict with something else that is running in the background. Do you have any driver software that…
I really dig your ideas about UX and hotkeys. On that point,
I’m reminded of a really old android app I used to use: Cloverpaint. It also allowed
color sliders to be keymapped, with a clever design that also let you slide
up/down to change the scale range, allowing greater or less granularity on the
fly, e.g. value slider.…

One common issue I've seen in archviz work at major retailers (I used to work at Wayfair, now I provide software for similar big retailers) is how difficult it is to get consistent quality assets from outsourcers. There's a strong need for validation systems. We had an extensive system in Max that checked for more than 100…
There are plenty of coin models available but I want a specific style, the 1859-1907 Indian Head Penny with a ridged side. I'd like the year to be 1866 specifically and for the geometry to match the wikipedia of that design. I don't want just an image mapped flat surface.…
Geez, man! Brittle bones? Mine are nowhere near as bad as the horror stories here. At around 5 years I was always fascinated by people jumping off some swings (mid-swing) near my apartment. Now, normally, people think of swings that are chains/ropes holding a piece of rubber or wood to sit on; the ones in ye olde mother…
I fucking hate the media. I was watchin Fox News and they interviewed this old lady and they used their usually fucking tactics of "You're house got destroyed and you're old and have no where to go and you're uber fucked... AREN'T YOU?!" like their trying to fucking investigate and made the old lady almost cry. You could…
