Have you made sure to assign the same texture to the collsion model as you have on your normal model? Cannonfodders tools doesn't export anything unless you assign a texture to the collision model. I know this is an old thread, but this looks great! Any chance you can explain how you go about creating the models? I'm kind of confused on how you assign different colours to different parts without unwraping the model. Are all those parts just different sub-meshes and you assign a flat material to it each one in unreal? -

That has to do with the fact that they're using two separate materials. Is this for a game model? If so, you'll want to use just one texture (1 material) for both.
