if you don't have to do something real- time like a game why use Unreal, why not those offline renders . Octane could be even semi interactive if not lots of grass and foliage. If you can, provide an option to choose arms positions or even better, the model should be freely posable. Frankly, if you're gonna do it by hand(skin, muscles, bones) you need to know your stuff to perfection. Otherwise, I don't see a reason.
