The sides of her nose turn down and are less defined than you have them. 'You can see it really well in the 3rd and 4th sets of photos that you posted.
It seems sily to have the roof completely uniquely unwrapped, what type of game is this for? I would just have 1/3rd or 1/4th of the roof unwrapped and just tile it.
He's furry Deadpool pretty much, minus the psychotic 4th wall breaking dementia, and more of "I'm the best there is, even while I'm burying you alive" kind of deal.

You dont need to export your photoshop files at all in unity. Just put your psd's in the Assets folder, and dont use transparency, create an 4th channel in photoshop which will be used as the alpha channel.
The default vertex color is white which might the reason why that setup is not working. You should paint your mesh black for the first texture and afterwards red, green, blue for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th one.
If you are limited to four weeks I would say the 4th one, the stone walls and floor could look awesome if you nail the material definition on them. That said its also the most generic of the lot.
I just puked a little bit. Hated 3, glad a 4th one isn't coming anytime soon. Although I was really looking toward carrot top playing as Cletus Kasady/Carnage...:poly142:
