Ya, looks nice so far. HE might be cutting loops through the roof for a texture reason, guys. Anyway use those loops to make the roof less perfect, make it wavy a bit. Also, some of the downstairs parts are still a bit too perfect. If you look at the concept that building is all kinds of messed up in places. Keep going! -

I agree with BoBo and Rockstar's crits. In addition, I think the elbows, knees, and butt, are going to deform poorly for a model of this polycount. I'd add several tight loops to the back of his elbow, more rings for his butt to hold it's roundness when his leg is lifted, and more loops for the knees. Looking nice in the… -

Since this is his high poly and will only be used for baking, I see no reason for him to worry about extra edge loops or optimizing it.
