Hurrm just a thought here, if you can handle making large props like tanks and hero props, its highly likely that you can handle crates aswell. Just sayin
Most importantly, tackle small projects. The biggest source of frustration is projects that you didn't finish or that didn't meet your own expectations. Rather build a phone booth than Leopard tank.
Small update, got the chest plate and knee pads. Probably gonna finish the rest of the upper torso next. Also planning on giving him some sort of backpack/oxygen tank on the back.
I always thought the Eldar would have been awesome to paint, if I were any good at it. I loved the Wraithlord and Falcon grav-tank models, and the Avatars looked really badass.
I made MoP's material in Unreal, also remade my world-space directional snow blend (mat on the tank tracks): The blending isn't perfect yet, but it meets all technical requirements.
