[FONT="]The producer will be responsible for the development (budget, deadlines, content) of mobile and console games. The successful candidate will manage a team of designers, programmers and 2D/3D artists. The position is based in Toronto.[/FONT]

- [FONT="]Assign tasks and manage projects for teams of designers, programmers, artists and quality assurance testers.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Manage the development of new games throughout all production stages: concept, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Ensure communication with Gameloft executive producers and quality assurance teams in other studios for project follow-up.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Ensure communication with other development studios in our foreign offices for projects produced outside Montreal.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Collaborate with the marketing team to direct the creation of new games based on marketing research and create new advertising programs.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Skills and Profile[/FONT][FONT="] [/FONT]- [FONT="]Minimum of 3 years experience in the video game industry with at least one published title to your credit.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]In-depth knowledge and passion for video games.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Highly motivated and enterprising.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Bilingual French/English an asset[/FONT]
