Anyway... I've used his decal lighting technique a lot in the past, we were able to get some decent looking lighting with vertex colors, decal multiply shadows & decal additive lightspots. -

I'll be honest, I messed up in a huge way by completely forgetting that this is meant to be a dungeon entrance :'( but I still had a really great time! Tried out trimsheets, decals, foliage, and also Substance for the first time and learned a whole bunch. -

Weird shading on model, Topology to blame or what? (blender or max same deal)
