My co-worker bought a Vaio Z Canvas and loves it. It's a really solid machine. The buttons on the pen aren't great but as a whole it was fun to draw/zbrush on. The bluetooth keyboard is great too. Being able to place the machine on a desk like a sheet of paper and having the keyboard next to you is much more comfortable… -

by mouse you say!? I advice you look up using vector graphics or pixel art, a good start with these being ultra lowpoly. bar pixel art and vector graphics a graphics tablet is a must. If you want to give a graphics tablet a try it takes a week or 2 to get used to and there are plenty of budget tablets that should do well… -

There's basically no point getting a pro series Wacom tablet unless you need a large size tablet or additional buttons. The difference in pressure levels is completely meaningless and you'll rarely if ever use tilt. If you're going to get a Wacom and only need a medium then buy something cheaper, like the Pen and Touch… -

I don't see why some tablets would work and others not on sculpting programs, but hey whatever. I use a Wacom Bamboo (Pen) for ZBrush, and I love it. Don't worry about having too few pressure levels.
