You mostly want the outlines combined with the texture, not flat cell shading / a stepped gradient. The simplest way to do it would just be an outline in Photoshop to be honest, you'd have to add internal lines were needed, though. Scifi Bed Concept
Concept to 3d modeling practice ive attempted to get better at my 2d drawing and in general 3d design, learned how to take a concept from blockout to sketch then to midpoly and im pretty happy with how it turned out, wanna try to keep this pace for more 2d stuff in the future but for now heres what I have! -
3d coat users, can you import a mesh for sculpting without triangulating it or losing UVs?
I can't seem to find a way to do this. I want to bring in quad mesh in, do some minor sculpting on it, and export as the same topology with the same UV's.
