I don't think being shy is the issue. More like being an asshole. Being socially adept is HUGE imo. You don't have to be Mr. Popularity, but just don't be a Douche. I have SEEN the Better Artist Candidate A, passed over because he didn't fit in as well as the Almost as good but the immensely more Sociable Candidate B. -

If you want to turn this into a game please make a prototype before modeling the car with the turret. I bet you that a) the gunner wont be able to hit anything and b) will be very sick! It's an arcade title for sure. The gameplay is broken down to 3 areas... Time attack - how fast can you complete a course Puzzle - you have the start, the finish, and a limited amount of pieces.. you have to get from one to the other using what you've got Platform - take as much time as you want and get from A to B... -

get some anatomy references and have a deeper look at them. How are the proportions devided,- how much space between mouth and eyes,- how much between eyes and tip of the head ect. The biggest lack I see right now is a.) effort b.) anatomy so if you focus on those you should be able to improve farily well -

Neato! Nice find. I've been thinking about doing something like this just b/c I'm over paying for my domain (GoDaddy=Big $$$.) Even blogspot has some pretty decent templates. I cant imagine an employer being turned off your portfolio because you use free parking places =)
