i think i can dig it out from my backups later - but beware that it's really old and uses plugin-binaries for some of the functionality that won't run on a recent maya. i think my release only runs on maya 4.0.x, possibly on 4.5 or 5.0, not sure - it's been four years... plugins unfortunately are totally version-dependant.
What is the specific error? Maya will complain about certain image formats, and I know I've had problems with PSDs in the past. You could try a different image format, like IFF or TGA or something Maya has a history of supporting. Also, dumb suggestion - did you try using Texture Centric UV linking?
