I have a problem that is driving me nuts. I have to paint Vertex alpha values in Maya. My problem is that Vertex alpha 0 makes the geometry transparent which i do not want. I would like to have vertex alpha 0 displayed as white. I have mostly spherical objects and basically all verts have vertex alpha 1 so they are black. Now if I paint in Value 0 those verts get transparent and I basically only see black because of the other verts that have value 1. So I do not see what I am doing
. And that makes me sad.
Can anyone help?
