You should continually update your Topic with new Replies. Whenever you make improvements to your artwork and want to share for feedback, make a screenshot and post it. If you post regularly while you are working, then you can get valuable feedback on your process, helping you improve all along the way.
But to be clear, a fully textured asset with textured roughness will hide the most of those line issues anyways. Using 8bit normal map on a fully smooth object that is highly reflective will always look bad and this is a downside of 8bit normal maps. You can only represent 256 different values and that is far not enough…
Sure! why not. Always worth a shot. You might hit the style someone is looking for and get lucky. Luck is a huge part of getting a job, trust me lol. Never hurts to apply. What is important is to understand that it's a saturated industry and it may take a while. Apply while u continue to update your folio.
