Nice! I like the fact that you are keeping it simplistic, IMO It really does seem that your anatomy regarding the position of ear seems to be incorrect. Maybe post a side view of the head for further feedback?
We dont use attachements on polycount, which means the images arent uploaded to polycount's server in order to minimize bandwith and server space. What you can do is upload your pics to some free webspace or image hosting service like Imageshack and then put the links or add the images in your posts :)

You don't get attachments, you have to host the image yourself and link it here using IMG tags (just click the Insert Image button above the post field).
