There's a new human rights bill about to be passed in Japan and here's a manga showing the horrible consequences the bill will have (like giving lazy foreigners jobs!) Link to translated pages
Right, but that's largely irrelevant though ... Once the OBJ/mesh is imported, one has to work with it :D Shaving off about 2 seconds of export time is not what's going to help with retopo.
bottom right most one is your strongest so far IMO, but I would try sizing up your name a tad and seeing how right aligning it works out. Right now it's super left heavy visually. And as aesir says, definitely give the text more room to breathe, right now it's uncomfortably close to the side. Otherwise, nice improvements!
I draw/use a tablet/throw/play baseball with my left, played lacrosse with my left and right, cut paper with my right, and use a mouse with my right. Oh, the good old days when teachers would give me the left-handed scissors in elementary school and I would try to steal the right ones as they hurt my hand.
I'm using (and prefer) Modo, but I have a project that requires I export from Maya. What is the right equation to get Maya to recognize my Modo FBX files at the right scale. I've tried the typical x100 and x.01 but it must be something else. I've also set both of the in-app units to "inches". Anybody know the answer to…
Max modeling screen on left monitor (widescreen flatpanel LCD) ... unwrap window on the right. Photoshop across both monitors, but work gets done on the left, reference sits on the right. Mail program is on the left, mail opens up in windows on the right.
this might have to do with left vs right handed tangent spaces, which are handled differently in Max (left H) and Maya (Right H). A quick test would be to expand the shape node attribute in Maya and switch from right to left.
