Anyone go to the 2D or Not 2D Festival? (Seattle)

I was really impressed with the quality of my community college's art programs, there's a museum on campus + a student gallery, they have weekly talks about a piece around campus, and monthly talks with 2 local artists. Hmm. Why not put an anchor on an air ship? To me that would be cool and an interesting feature. Airships have to be anchored too.
