so I'm working out some uv's for one of my characters that is already animated, but I'm running into so problems... Whenever i play the animation back, the uv's distort horribly. Frame 0 (T pose frame where i unwrapped the character) is the only part of the entire animation where the uv's are legible. Using maya 8.5

Have only had issues with 8.5 way back in the day. I dinked out really heavily at work with the Maya 2012 trial and it was rock solid - especially the viewport and UI. Most issues I've had with Maya though, usually resolved with rolling back a video card driver update
Done with the bakes! The hair is not the final version I just didn't want to keep her with out something on her head. Next step is texturing and then work on the hair cards. For those who may ask the model is actually 84k triangles without the hair cards. Can't wait to start texturing!! :D
HP PSC 2110. Cost me like...$80 at Target? Nothing fancy, but it can copy, print and scan. I can print 8x5 pics that looks really crisp, which is good enough for me. Though I'm not sure if they still sell this particular model. Bought it like 2yrs ago.
I started creating basic props to get back into modelling, yet I'm encountering this problem with the cloth modifier whilst trying to create a pillow.
