Need more value and color variation in the textures. The brick wall for example has no variation in any of the bricks, and each brick is made up of two really dark values and one mid value. Try to add more variation from brick to brick, as well as in the bricks themselves. Also look at real work reference for cool patterns…
A little to much bump effect in the presentation. Some bricks have visible conections with other bricks texture / damage wise what and lift the illusion that every brick is a single element.

Create a few straight bricks use the bend modifier? Create a few bricks arrange the verts by hand? Trace the bricks out with a closed spline, convert it to edit poly and bevel or extrude?

I think you should use a texture and not model out the bricks, you can model some bricks and have them extrude from the ground like in the right hand side of the picture. Using POM would make the bricks stand out and its not necessary to model the bricks.
