Cool script Arshlevon, but I'm getting strange behavior from the other objects in my scene. Even by selecting objects in in the outliner I can't get these objects to (re)show once they disappear.

@ Joost Thx a lot for the workaround. --- I did some tests with textools. It works only per object, without instanced unwrap modifiers - means, u can't use it with multiple objects with an unwrap modifier (instance) on top of your objects.
No copying/instancing objects like that isn't an issue, its selecting/manipulating/working on cylindrical objects with odd segments that is. Stacking symmetry modifiers isn't really ideal for this, and using all instanced objects comes with its own set of problems.

Try to determine which objects are out of alignment and toggle FFD on and off for that object. I have seen 3dsmax not properly update all objects being modified by a single FFD after reloading a scene.
Or you can avoid this usually by hitting "Z" with the object you wanna zoom in on selected - it will zoom all viewports to fit the object in, then you can pan/rotate/zoom with the selected object as the "focus point".
