Most UV mappers these days have a Relax function, without a pic though it's hard to see what you're talking about.

Its nothing to do with any cognitive function its just which frame you eyes lock onto in the transition point.

While browsing through the calibration profiles for UE4 and Disney GGX, I noticed ApplyGGXCurve-function with an exposure parameter. Can someone explain why is this curve (and exposure) needed?
