I went to photoshop some concept art yesterday, and I realized that my understanding and knowledge of photoshop is absolutely horrible. Im wondering if anyone knows of some good intro to photoshop DVDs for digital painting. Hopefully something with the same quality as Eat3d's stuff. Thanks
Made this concept kind of mixing cyberpunk and DnD with a berserker chick theme. This is my first finished original digital painting. I mostly just sketch in a sketch book, but I think this is something I would like to get good at. Critiques welcome.
pretty cool tech from the jim henson company.. i wonder how much this would differ from mocap.. and how the subtle art of pupeteering will translate to digital models. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr/film/feature_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001139388
Currently working on a survival horror game and film (long cinematics). I will be using UE4 to create most of it. I'll keep my progress going here. Created a quick digital sculpt in Zbrush and rendered in Marmoset. One of the characters of the game/film
Hi there! I thought it was time for me to create a Digital Sketchbook - so here it is. Included is a range of recent 2D and 3D work, some of which I'm still working on in my spare time. C&C and feedback more than welcome! https://tommartyn.artstation.com/ Cheers!
Apparently EA is attempting to buy Swedish developer Digital Interactive (DICE), developer of the Battlefield and Rallisport games series. Many DICE stockholders are attempting to block the takeover. EA's offer was considered a low-ball bid by many. More info as it comes.
This is just a culmination of the work I've produced. I was told to make an account here and look at the amazing work posted by others on this site, and I must say, WOW!!! So this is my digital sketchbook on polycount. Please feel free to critique my work, it helps me greatly.
Who here has it? I'm addicted to the damn thing. I bought the new Logitech Driving Force Pro steering wheel, just for this one game. Breezing around the grand canyon @ 1080i resolution is really a sight to behold. Anyone else addicted to this digital crack?
Hello! Digital painting is not my forte, but I have been trying to get better. I was wondering if anybody could give me tips on how to better my art. If anybody has suggestions, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!
@Deborah_Flannagan I'd like too assume since posting their query 8yrs ago, the OP would've also invested time into studying foundational principles underpinning the traditional medium which is fundamentally distinct when transitioning across from digital.
