Intro to photoshop DVDs?

I went to photoshop some concept art yesterday, and I realized that my understanding and knowledge of photoshop is absolutely horrible. Im wondering if anyone knows of some good intro to photoshop DVDs for digital painting. Hopefully something with the same quality as Eat3d's stuff.

3d total got allot of books on this topic but you say dvd so it might not be in your intrest.
