okay... has anyone run into this? I have an indexed palette of 256 colors on a png file... this is normal. this png file has a 4 bit transparency channel. This is not normal. I tried the older versions of 3D coat where you could draw in lines fairly quickly that it would use. But thats still more hastle than I like since it breaks up the creative flow when sculpting. You have to export the model, go through atleast half an hour of backs and forts and experimentations for getting the edgeloops… -
