Yes, very nice execution. I think that without the light(s), it needs a stronger color pop, a touch of just the same yellow/orange on the flag or somewhere. Show that this can stand on its own w/o the lights. -

It's a cape ,and it's not essential to the design..xD yeah, when you mention it she looks kinda "fat" w cape.. but i added it to balance the "weight "..as the lower part was so "wide" maybe i could use the hair instead? -
