I LOVE the progress on this! The fact that you got to painting and then decided to scrap it and work on the composition more really shows. If you'd like some critique, I would move the secondary light source behind him a little more to the left to balance out the image values more. Keep it up!
Hey, I have a question guys, I have seen some people create a High poly asset and then retopologize, baked it for the low poly. So I am wondering I am just starting to model my game assets, so Which is more better for Optimization in performance? Bake it?, or just have more vertex?
I think your environment looks really good and it needs just a little more work. Totally agree with Araka about 'personality pass'. I would also consider changing the colors of the wardrobe and cabinet. Maybe a more subtle color for the wardrobe and less dark for the cabinet.
